These terms govern use of the BoltLegend website and the inquiry / quotation process. By submitting an inquiry you acknowledge these terms. Any final order will be governed by the separately-signed sales contract or pro-forma invoice; these website terms do not constitute a sales contract.
Catalogue Mode
This website operates as a B2B catalogue. Product pages display fabric specifications and color libraries for inquiry only; no prices are quoted on-site and no orders can be placed through the website. All pricing, MOQ, lead time, and payment terms are agreed at the quote stage.
Samples
Sample swatches are available on request. Sample shipping costs and any nominal sample fees are discussed at quote stage and refundable against confirmed orders above an agreed threshold.
Quotes & Orders
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
- Lead time begins after deposit clearance and final color / spec confirmation.
- Quoted lead times assume no force majeure events; major raw material disruptions may extend lead times, in which case we will notify you immediately.
- Custom-dyed fabric is non-cancellable once dye-lot has started.
Quality & Tolerances
Width and weight tolerances are stated on each product page (e.g. 150 ± 5 cm; 260 ± 10 gsm). Color may vary slightly across dye lots — request a current-lot swatch before bulk order if exact match is critical.
Intellectual Property
All product photography, color charts, and written descriptions on this site are property of BoltLegend or used under license. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from a confirmed sales contract will be addressed under the contract’s specific governing law clause.
